| 摘 要： | 指导思想，是执政党的理论旗帜，是指导党全部活动的思想理论体系，也是动员、凝聚、约束党的成员的一整套认知信仰体系。它一般具备整体性、稳定性、发展性和开放性等基本特征。它具有五大功能：导向功能、论证功能、凝聚功能、动员功能和约束功能。

| Abstract: | The guiding ideology is the theory flag of the governing party and the thought theory system to instruct the activities of the party, it is also a set of cognition belief system to mobilize, condense and restrain the numbers of the party. It has generally the basic characteristic with the integrity, the stability, the development and opening and so on . It has the five functions： Guidance function, proof function, condensation function, mobilization function and restraint function. |
