| 摘 要： | ICM7218是一种多功能LED数码管驱动芯片,可与多种单片机接口使用。ICM7218的输出可直接驱动LED显示器,不需外接驱动电路,其构成的显示电路结构简单,使用方便。同样由单片机向ICM7218写控制字及数据,编程部分像给外部RAM写数据一样简单。介绍了数码管驱动电路ICM7218的构成、工作原理、控制字及数据写入时序图及其功能,并给出了具体应用电路。

| Abstract: | ICM7218 is a multifunction LED drive circuit,which can be connected with several SCMs.Its output can be directly used to drive LED displayers,with no drive circuits,because of the simple structure of the circuit.Moreover,writing control word and data into ICM7218 through SCM is as convenient as writing data into outside RAM.In this paper,we discuss the structure and operating principle of ICM7218,the diagram and its function when control words and data are put in.In addition,a specific circuit is shown as an example of application. |
