| Abstract: | In order to conduct the quantitative performance evaluation for performance enhancement of power system maintenance department of telecom company, the author proposes the quantitative approach to operation and maintenance benefit of communication power system based on cost and risk of network failure loss. The author successfully obtaineds the significant power result per unit cost. How to determine the loss coefficient of network risk failure is suggested. |
