| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定冠状动脉造影,显示不同粥样硬化斑块形态患者血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平,从而探讨其临床意义.方法 62例接受冠状动脉造影患者分为不稳定斑块组(n=32)、稳定斑块组(n=11)和正常对照组(n=19).所有患者均于冠状动脉造影前采血测定血浆vWF水平.结果不稳定斑块组血浆vWF明显高于稳定斑块组,有显著性差异.结论血浆vWF水平高于稳定斑块组,可作为判定冠状动脉是否存在不稳定病变的间接参考.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the association of coronary atheroslerosis plaque with the plasma levels of von Willebrand factor(vWF).MethodsSixty-two patients undergoing selective coronary angiography were divided into 3 groups based on the plaque morphology. Group V(n=32), Group H(n=11), Group N(n=19). The plasma level of vWF were determined by enzyme-linked immunosobent assay (ELISA) before angiography.ResultsThe plasma level of vWF in group V was significantly higher than that of group H.ConclusionPlasma levels of vWF can be a predictive marker for the judgement of unstable lesions of coronary atheroslerosis. |
