| 摘 要： | 冷冻干燥是制备超细磁粉的一种先进技术,它可使磁粉的分散性能得到明显改善。实验说明:干燥初期采用红外灯供热对加快升华速率十分有效;原料浆液越稀越有利于冷冻干燥。本文对粉末冻干过程中容易出现的崩解现象及冻干机理进行了深入的研究与探讨,提出了描述磁粉冻干过程中各种参数变化规律的数学模型。

| Abstract: | Freeze-drying process is an advanced technique for the production of ultrafine powder.A surface processing of magnetic powder with freeze-drying is carried out to improve the dispersed property of the powder.It is witnessed that freeze-drying process is an effective method for the production of high quality magnetic powder.It is proved that using ultrared lamp at the beginning of sublimation can accelerate the drying rate effectively,and the more dilute the solution of the material,the more suitable for the lyo- philization.A detailed research is made for the collapse of semi- dried layer which can appear easily during the freeze-drying pro- cess of powder.This paper also investigates into the principle of freeze-drying of ultrafine powder,and presents a mathematical model which can describe the reaction of various parameters properly.This paper has some value for reference and provides a new way to improve the quality of magnetic tapes immensely. |
