| Abstract: | The effect of the enhanced crystallization of amorphous materials under illumination is discussed. The interaction of photons with atomic clusters, which initiates their transformation, is considered. The mechanisms of the enhancement of amorphous alloy crystallization under illumination are described and quantitatively characterized. |
