| 摘 要： | 图书馆2.0是Web 2.0在图书馆领域中的应用,它的核心是向用户提供各种个性化和集成化的信息服务.主动服务系统作为图书馆2.0中的一个单项优势系统,具有认知和分析用户需求的功能.本文提出的主动服务系统功能结构与模型,可使用户根据自己的需求进行服务定制,实现个性化服务.

| Abstract: | Library 2.0 is an application of Web 2.0 in libraries, and the core task is to provide a variety of both individual and integral information services to the clients. As one of library 2.0 system, the Active Service System has an advantageous function being able to recognize and analyze the needs of users. Proposed in this work are function structure and model of the Active Service System. Users can customized the service according to their own needs, and the personalized service can be achieved as a result. |
