| Abstract: | The connection between Witten's topological three-dimensional gauge theory and RCFTs provides a natural setting to study the interplay between surface diffeomorphisms and intertwining of Wilson loops. These considerations lead directly to constraints on RFCTs including those previously derived by Vafa. |
