SARS对广州酒店业影响的调查与分析

通过对广州星级酒店、行业主管部门以及相关业内人士的调查访谈，分析了SARS对广州酒店业影响．结论认为：(1)SARS对广州酒店业的影响显著，最直接表现为客房出租率下降与营业收入减少；(2)SARS对酒店餐饮影响小于对客房的影响，部分地改变了酒店的收入结构；(3)SARS期间各大酒店都采取了一定的应对措施，但这些措施仍以被动的、临时性的为主，缺乏积极的、系统的防范措施；(4)SARS事件将增加各酒店的危机管理意识，并将促进酒店的品牌与形象建设．

A SURVEY ON THE IMPACTS OF SARS UPON HOTELS IN GUANGZHOU

The paper, based on telephone interview and internet survey, interviews managers in star-grade hotel, professional persons and related officials, analyzes the characters of the impact of SARS upon hotel in Guangzhou. The conclusions are: (1) The impact of SARS upon hotel Industry is remarkable, room rent rate and income dropped greatly; (2) Food and beverage selling are less impacted than room selling, the structure of hotel income changed; (3) All the hotel have countermeasure for SARS, and these countermeasures changed the competition methods of the hotel; (4) SARS event strengthened the sense of crisis in hotel management in Guangzhou.
