| 摘 要： | 通过大量的实验解决了用国产刀具车削大豆开坯机白口铸铁轧辊的问题，并在实验的基础上，对刀具材料、刀具几何参数、切削用量的优选进行了探讨，其结果对其他白口铸铁零件的加工也具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The problem in turning white iron rollers of soy blooming mill was resolved by a large number of experiments with tools made in China. The optimization on tool material, geometrical parameter and cutting dosage was discussed based on experimental results. The conclusion is useful to guide the process of other white iron parts. |
