摘    要:架空线路在运行过程中不仅要承受流过的负荷电流,而且还要承受导线的张力,导线耐张线夹对导线的握着力是影响导线拉力的重要原因。在压接过程中,通过改变钢芯插入钢锚的深度,利用X射线数字透照成像技术检测其实际插入深度,得到钢芯压接尺寸与拉力之间的关系。在满足导线整体拉断力要求的情况下,找到了在铝模压接正常情况下钢芯最小插入深度。对现场施工作业有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Overhead lines is not only to withstand the load current flowing through the wire but also to withstand the tension during the run, the wire tension clamp holding force on the wire is an important reason affecting wire tension. In the crimping process, by changing the depth of the steel core insert steel anchor, using X-ray digital radiographic imaging technology to detect the actual insertion depth, get crimped steel core relationship between size and tension. In the pull-off force to meet the overall requirements of the wire case, found under normal circumstances, the steel core aluminum die then the minimum insertion depth. On-site construction work has important guiding significance.
