| 摘 要： | 报道了2886名正常儿童与718例反复呼吸道感染儿童头发中微量元素含量对比研究结果。研究表明，患儿的身高、体重和发Zn明显低于正常儿童，而发Cu、Ca、Pb则明显高于正常和童。因子提取分析显示，Zn和Pb在儿童反复呼吸道感染发病中起非常重要的作用。患反复呼吸道感染儿童约占儿童总数的20％左右。 |

| Abstract: | The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb in hair of 2886 normal children and 718 children with repetitive respiratory tract infection was studied.The results showed that body height and weight and the content of Zn in hair of patient children were lower than that of controls.The content of Cu,Ca and Pb in hair of patient children was higher that of controls.The factor extract analyzing showed Zn and Pb played an important role in repetitive respiratory tract infection of children.The incidence rate of repetitive respiratory tract infection was about 20%. |
