| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化、一体化的发展，网络信息技术随之发展，对地方政府绩效提出了挑战，客观上要求提高地方政府绩效水平。我国地方政府绩效评估发展不够成熟，很多地方仍有待于改进。结合网络信息化的背景，界定地方政府绩效评估的内涵，介绍了我国目前地方政府绩效评估存在的问题及我国地方政府绩效评估的路径选择。
