EPON光接收灵敏度研究

摘    要:结合IEEE 802.3 ah标准中的以太无源光网络(EPON)接收灵敏度指标,着重分析了接收灵敏度光调制幅度(OMA),该OMA指标的采用有利于系统降低对消光比的要求,使发射机和接收机的设计更加简单;最后,简要讨论了OMA和增强型接收灵敏度的测试,指出增强型测试更有实际意义。

Abstract:With the receiver sensitivity requirements of EPON in IEEE Standard 802.3ah-2004,optical modulation amplitude(OMA) of EPON is analyzed.When receiver sensitivity is expressed in OMA,the requirement for extinction ratio(ER) become lowered,the designs of transmitter and receiver will be much easier.At last,measurements of OMA and stressed receiver sensitivity are discussed,and come to the conclusion that stressed conditioning measurement is more practical.
