光谱成像仪CCD焦平面组件非均匀性校正技术研究

摘    要:分析了光谱成像仪CCD焦平面的非均匀性机理和各种非均匀性校正算法,提出两点多段的非均匀性校正算法,该算法避免了两点校正算法的低准确度和多点校正算法的大运算量.在光谱成像仪上的应用结果表明,两点多段的非均匀性校正算法具有运算量小、准确度高、实用性强的优点.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the mechanism of the Hyper-Spectral CCD Imager's non-uniformity and several non-uniformity correction algorithms. The method of two-point multi-section for Hyper-Spectral CCD Imager's non-uniformity correction was presented. The two-point multi-section method has higher precision than two-point correction algorithm and has lower operation load than multi-point correction algorithm. The appliance of the two-point multi-section method to Hyper-Spectral Imager showed that the method has the merit of low operation load,high precision and strong practicability.
