摘    要:本文设计合成了五种可溶性8-羟基喹啉合铝的衍生物,结构经红外、核磁共振及元素分析表征,并对它们的光致发光以及分子结构与发光性能的关系进行了研究。

Abstract:Five kinds of soluble 8-hydroxylquinloine aluminum derivatives (SAlq) were designed and synthesized.Their chemical structures were determined by FTIR,()~1HNMR and elementary analysis.Their photoluminescence (PL) properties were studied,and their eletroluminescence (EL) properties were investigated by employing sinle-layered EL devices with structure of ITO/TPD+SAlq+PMMA/Al.
