摘    要:研究了纯牛奶黄嘌呤氧化酶对病毒唑合成有促进作用,进而选育具有高活性黄嘌呤氧化酶的球形节杆菌ATCC8010 代替纯酶,证实了非增殖的完整球形节杆菌细胞也对病毒唑合成有促进作用.为病毒唑的酶法合成提供了一种新的方法和思路.

Abstract:Recent studies suggested that the pure milk xanthine oxidase (XOD) added to the RBV reaction was effective on increasing the productivity of RBV.A strain of Arthrobacter globiformis ATCC8010 whose xanthine oxidase activity of whole cell was high and could replace the pure milk XOD was selected. It has proved that this method can also improve the RBV productivity efficiently. So a new method for synthesizing RBV enzymatically was provided.
