| 摘 要： | 安乐死在我国当前的研究，已不是一个隐问题，从三十多年前第一个案例的出现到现在相关理论逐渐成熟，我国的安乐死研究已经走过漫长的摸索阶段，正在进入一个新的发展时期。从对死亡概念的鉴定，到具体的案例中出现的伦理和法律的争议，再到安乐死对于现实所引发的各种思考，将我国的安乐死研究渐渐的推向一个新的阶段。所以，在这里，有必要对我国近三十年来的安乐死研究做一个总体的梳理和把握，以便更好地进行下一步的深入探讨。

| Abstract: | The research of euthanasia is not a hiding problem in our country. The study on euthanasia has passed a long way and the theory relevant has gradually matured since the first case appeared over thirty years ago. Now it is in a new stage. Such researches as identification of death conception, disputes on ethic and law in specific cases and reflection on the reality caused by euthanasia have promoted the study on euthanasia to a new stage. Therefore, for a better study, it is necessary to rcview the euthanasia as a whole. |
