二丙酮果糖的氧化及其支链糖的合成

摘    要:本文报道了两种新的氧化剂体系:(1)三氧化铬-乙醚-二氯甲烷/硅藻土,(2)重铬酸吡啶(Pyri-dinium dichromate)-三氟乙酸酐在酮粮合成中的应用。并通过酮糖3与RLi(R=Me,Ph)经亲核加成,合成得到了支链单糖4,5,由元素分析及IR、~1H、~(13)C-NMR数据证实了其结构。

Abstract:This paper reports the synthesis of 3-oxo-D-fructose diacetone derivative by oxidizing the secondary hydroxy of diacetone D-fructose with two novel oxidant systems: (a)CrO_3-Et_2O-CH_2Cl_2/celite, (b) PDC-(CF_3CO)_2O. Two branched-chain sugars 4,5 were obtained from 3-oxo-D-fructose. Their structuers were confirmed depending upon their elemental analysis and IR ~1H,~(13)C-NMR spec trum datum.
