| Abstract: | The isoprenic thiovinylcarbene formed by photolysis of gem-dimethyl-5-ethylthiopyrazolenine shows a surprisingly good intermolecular reactivity toward electrophilic olefins and acetylenes. A direct access to chrysanthemic esters is thus provided. |
