| Abstract: | Unesterified carbamoyl- and thiocarbamoyl-phosphonic acids were prepared in high yields by the reaction of tris(trimethylsilyl) phosphite with isocyanates and isothiocyanates followed by treatment of the 1:1 carbonyl adducts with aniline-containing methanol. |
