Abstract:Subshell and total Photoionization cross sections for All and UI were calculated for 13 incident photon energies corresponding to X-ray lines in the energy range 132.3~1500eV. In this calculation, the electrons are treated relativistically and non-retativistically, and as moving in a Hartree-Slater central potential. Relativistic effects on photoionization are discussed, and the influence on the magnitute of the cross sections of all multipoles of the radiation field also.
