摘    要:高碾压混凝土坝一般采用大仓面薄层碾压,高温期预冷混凝土运输过程中冷量损失大、仓面摊铺及碾压过程中温度倒灌严重,骨料预冷效率低.提出在合理通水的前提下取消高碾压混凝土坝骨料预冷的温控理念;结合沙沱工程,从温控技术可行性及数值计算结果两方面分析论证了高碾压混凝土坝取消骨料预冷的可行性,并对取消骨料预冷条件下的温控措施提出几点建议.

Abstract:Generally the high roller compacted concrete (RCC) dams are constructed in large decks and thin layers~ the temperature of precooled aggregates will rise significantly on the process of transport, paving and rolling. Thus the abolition of aggregate precooling is brought forward, under the premise of reasonable pipe- cooling. Based on Shatuo high RCC gravity darn, the feasibility demonstration of the abolition is carried out, in terms of the development trends of temperature control technology and the simulated results. And then several key points are given for the abolition of aggregate precooling.
