摘    要:介绍了50—2000eV软X射线能区偏振光学元件的发展现状,阐述和分析了几种偏振光学元件的性能,并说明了这些偏振光学元件的应用。

Abstract:The status of polarizing optical elements for soft X-rays ranging from roughly 50 to 2000eV is reviewed. The performances of optics including linear polarizers, phase retarders based on muhilayer interference structures, and circular polarizing filters based on magnetic circular dichroism are described. The applications of these polarizing optical elements are discussed.
