| Abstract: | Based on the relative research achievements of domestic and foreign water environment obtained in recent years, this paper probes into the conceptions, features and evaluating methods of the bearing capacity of the water environment, and puts forward the targets of the protection and management of the water environment of the river basin and some measures for protecting the water environment of the river basin. |
