| 摘 要： | 管理现代化作为高等教育现代化中的关键一环，在整个高等教育现代化的发展进程中扮演着十分重要的角色，而高等教育管理现代化的实现，首先面临的就是观念的转变。本从树立高等教育管理的市场观念、人本观念、创新观念和法治观念等几个方面对高等教育管理观念现代化问题进行了探讨。
