| Abstract: | We have studied characteristic features of photoinduced processes occurring in CdSe/ZnS semiconductor nanocrystals on prolonged
exposure to ultraviolet light in air and under vacuum. Accelerated photodegradation of the nanocrystals in air has been established,
associated with photooxidation. |
