电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定纺织品中总硼

摘    要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定纺织品中总硼的分析方法。纺织样品经HNO_3-H_2O_2微波消解,以钇元素作为内标元素,以249.772nm波长作为硼的分析线,采用ICP-OES法进行测定。实验结果表明,硼的质量浓度在0.01~0.20mg/L范围内与发射强度比值呈线性关系,方法的定量限为0.8mg/kg,在0.8、1.6、8.0mg/kg添加水平下的回收率为80.4%~104.7%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~9.8%。该方法灵敏度高,定量准确可靠,能够满足纺织品中总硼含量的检测要求。


Determination of Total Boron in Textiles by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry
Abstract:A method for determination of total boron in textiles by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) was established.The samples were subjected to microwave digestion with HNO3+H2O2.Quantitative analysis of boron was performed on the ICP-OES with the spectral line of 249.772 nm as analysis line using yttrium as internal standard.Linear relationship between emission intensity rate and mass concentration of boron was obtained in the range of 0.01-0.20 mg/L with limit of quantification(LOQ) of 0.8 mg/kg.The average recoveris were in the range of 80.4 %-104.7% at the spiked levels of 0.8,1.6 and 8.0 mg/kg with the relative standard deviations(n=7) of 2.4% to 9.8%.The results show that the developed method is sesitive and accurate for the determination of total boron in textiles.
