在线固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测碳酸饮料中对羟基苯甲酸酯

摘    要:建立了同时测定碳酸饮料中2种对羟基苯甲酸酯的在线固相萃取-高效液相色谱-紫外检测(Online-SPE-HPLC-UV)方法。碳酸饮料样品经水稀释并经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤,在线固相萃取柱(Acclaim 120C18)净化,Agilent Extend-C_(18)柱分离,紫外检测器检测。结果表明:2种对羟基苯甲酸酯在0.5~400μg/mL的浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数(r~2)均大于0.9999,检出限为0.1~0.2mg/kg,3个水平加标回收率为95.9%~105.2%,其相对标准偏差为1.6%~5.7%。本研究为快速准确的分离测定碳酸饮料中对羟基苯甲酸酯提供了有效方法。


Determination of Parabens in Carbonated Drinks by Online Solid-Phase Extraction Coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of 2 parabens in carbonated drinks by online solid-phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection (Online-SPE-HPLC-UV).The carbonated drinks samples were diluted with water,and filtered with 0.45 μm microporous membrane filter.Then the samples were extracted on the Acclaim 120 C18 column and separated on a reversed-phase column,and the detection was performed with ultraviolet detection.The results showed good linearity for the 2 parabens in the concentration range of 0.5-400 μg/mL.The correlation coefficients(r2) were all greater than 0.9999,and the limits of detection were in the rage of 0.1-0.2 mg/kg.The recoveries of the three levels of spiked samples were from 95.9% to 105.2%,and the relative standard deviation were in the rang of 1.6%-5.7%.This work provides an effective method for the rapide determination of parabens in carbonated drinks.
