| 摘 要： | 基于供需视角构建入境旅游流和星级饭店系统耦合模型和评价指标体系,选用1993—2012年相关数据,分析北京市入境旅游流与星级饭店系统耦合协调状况.结果表明:两个系统的综合发展水平基本呈现上升态势,系统间耦合作用显著,耦合协调度稳步提高.运用实地问卷调研数据,分析北京市入境旅游流和星级饭店系统的耦合现状,结果显示北京市的住宿和餐饮可较好地满足入境游客的需要,但服务质量评价值低于服务设施评价值.影响两系统耦合协调的因素有系统发展水平、需求变化、供需状况以及饭店服务质量等.
