摘    要:提出了一种基于谱分析的白光光学相干层析术(OCT)的方法.使用卤素灯光源作为白光源,建立了迈克尔逊干涉仪系统.当从物体反射回来的光和从参考平面镜反射回来的光在相干长度以内,将发生干涉,干涉信号通过光谱仪进行分析,实际测得了系统的低相干波形,得到了相干长度为1.5 μm的低相干信号,纵向分辨率精度高,有利于测量细胞级的生物体.

Abstract:A new method based on the white-light coherence tomography which is coming from spectral analysis is proposed. A halogen lamp is used as white-light source to set up a Michelson interferometer system. Two lights reflected from the object and reference mirror may interfere each other within the range of white-light coherence length. The output of interference patterns is measured by a spectrometer. The real interference patterns is received and analysed. The coherence length of 1. 5 is obtained. This method is characterized by such advantages as longitudinal high-resolution and cell-level biological detection.
