| Abstract: | This article elaborates the roles professional skills contests play in promoting the students’ skills,the teachers’ teaching level and school-enterprise cooperation. In addition, it puts forward the strategies for talents cultivation in vocational colleges from such angles as talents cultivation objectives, education and teaching reform as well as construction of teachers’ team, teaching materials and training bases.
