Abstract: | A series of amino alcohol derivatives containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole moieties was synthesized with 7-bromo-2-tetralone as starting materials, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-oxazolidine as intermediates and Strecker reaction and cyclization with POCl3 as key steps. The structures of the key intermediate and target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. Some compounds have resulted in the generation of highly potent sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor type 1(S1P1) agonists. |
