| 摘 要： | 马克思恩格斯设想社会主义社会不存在政治问题。当斯大林在列宁已有认识的基础上，对马克思恩格斯关于社会主义的设想作了变通，建成了人类历史上第一个社会主义社会之后，现实中的社会主义社会才有了政治问题。
