偏置正交面齿轮的几何设计及三维造型

摘    要:针对偏置正交面齿轮的几何设计,建立了范成法加工偏置面齿轮的数学模型,推导了偏置正交面齿轮的齿面方程,分析了偏置正交面齿轮的根切和齿顶变尖现象,得出了相应的根切和齿顶变尖条件,给出了偏置正交面齿轮最小内半径和最大外半径的精确求解方法。利用Matlab软件计算了偏置正交面齿轮的齿廓坐标,并在给定参数下完成了偏置正交面齿轮的三维造型。

Abstract:The mathematical model of the generation for the geometrical design of offset face-gear was set up,and the tooth surface equations on the face-gear were derived.The limited conditions on the tooth undercutting and pointing were determined by means of the analysis of the the generating cutter and the generated face-gear meshing.The inner and outer radii of the face gear were determined by using Matlab software.Then,the solution of three-dimensional coordinate points of the tooth profile was solved by the related equations.Finally,the three-dimensional modeling of offset face gear was completed in the Pro/E environment.
