| 摘 要： | 对鸭嘴式移栽机构钵苗栽植直立率影响因素进行了试验研究,根据通用旋转组合试验得出的数据,建立了影响因素与钵苗栽植直立率间的数学模型,分析了各参数对钵苗栽植直立率的影响效应。研究结果表明:当机组前进速度为0.23 m/s、移栽器入土角为11°、镇压轮夹角为18°时,钵苗栽植直立率为最佳,达到97.31%。

| Abstract: | The experiment of influencing factors about erectness percentage of block seedling transplanter in duck-beak style had been completed.Based on the data of quadratic general rotary unitized design,the mathematical model of the influencing factors with the erectness percentage of block seedling was established.The influence law of each factor and their interaction on performance index was researched.The result shows that the best erectness percentage of block seedling is 97.31%,when moving forward speed of machine is 0.23 m/s,penetration angle of duck-beak is 11°,and angle of press wheel is 18°. |
