摘    要:回顾了城市污水系统的实时控制技术在世界各国的应用和发展;阐述了城市污水系统实时控制的概念,并对相关专业术语做出精确定义;介绍了城市污水系统中常用的传感器、执行器、控制器;总结了决定控制策略的控制设备、控制目标和控制方法;对控制类型进行了分类;介绍了对一个给定系统如何建立控制程序的方法论;对城市污水系统实时控制技术未来的发展作了展望.

Abstract:This paper presents a review of the application and development of real time control(RTC) of urban wastewater systems in the world.The concept of RTC of urban wastewater systems and some concise definitions of terms are outlined.Main sensors,actuators,controllers used in urban wastewater systems are introduced.Some of the measures and objectives of control as well as methods that can be applied to determine control strategies are summarized.Control types are classified.Methodologies of how to derive a control procedure for a given system are put forward.
