摘    要:用二能级光致变色模型,理论分析了菌紫质薄膜在570nm单光束和570nm与412nm双光束作用下光致变色的动态光学响应特性.计算表明,M态寿命越长,入射光强越大,则透过光的响应越快,入射光透过率饱和值越大.在双光束的作用下,可以用570nm的黄光调制412nm紫光的透射光强,实现以光控光操作.根据计算结果分析了bR膜在运动探测应用中的特点.

Abstract:With two-level photochromic model,the optical dynamic response of bacteriorhodopsin films under illumination of single beam (570nm) or double beams (570nm and 412nm) is theoretically analyzed.Numeric calculations indicate the longer the lifeting of M state and the higher the incident light intensity,the faster the response of transmissive light and the higher the saturate transmittance of the incident light.Under the illumination of double beams,the transmissive intensity of the 412nm purple light can be modulated by the 570nm yellow light,which can realize the so called light-controlled-by-light operation.The characteristics of the bR film in the application of motion detection are analyzed according to the calculating results.
