国产大孔吸附树脂浓集分离赤霉素

摘    要:研究了7种国产大孔吸附树脂对赤霉素的吸附能力,其中S-8吸附效果较好,赤霉素固/液分配系数为12.44,动态吸附容量为4.06mg/ml。80%丙酮水地赤霉素的洗脱能力较强。用工业赤霉素发酵液进行吸附-解吸实验,分配系数可提高至25.88(PH=2),动态吸附容量可提高至10.02mg/ml,赤霉素收率可达90%以上,且经吸附-解吸循环,可将发酵液中赤霉素浓缩7倍以上。

Abstract:Adsorption effects of seven of domestic macroporous adsorption resins for gibberellicacid (GA3) were evaluated. Solid/liquid distribution coefficient of GA3 on S-8 resin is 2.44resin's dynamic adsorption capacity is 4.06mg/ml. Acetone aqueous (80%V/V) solution has thebest elution effect. When GA3 fermentation liquor was adsorbed by S-8 resin, distributioncoefficient and dynamic adsorption capacity increase to 25.88 and 12.02mg/ml respectively(pH=2) in virtue of slating-out effect. Yield of GA3 is above 90% and concentration of GA3could be concentrated 7 times after an adsorption-elution cycle.
