Strengthening Experimental Teaching Reform,Improving Talents Cultivation Quality

The main characters of innovative ability and the role played by the experimental teaching in the process of training the creative ability of college students are analyzed. After that, the defects of traditional experimental teaching are figured out. In order to improve comprehensive quality and innovative ability of the students, the reform is proposed, in which the ideas on experimental teaching are renovated, the teaching program is improved, the teaching materials are updated, the teaching methods are ameliorated, the teaching management new modals are explored and the teaching evaluation hierarchy is refined.
