| 摘 要： | 本文从UTRAN(UMTS terrestrial radio access network,陆地无线接入网)的技术特征出发,在分析考虑GSM、GPRS无线网络的KPI(key performance indicator,关键性能指标)体系的基础之上,给出了UTRAN的KPI体系的选取原则与方法,提出了UTRAN的KPI体系.

| Abstract: | The principle and method of establishing UTRAN performance KPI system are presented in the paper based on the UTRAN's technologic character. And a set of UTRAN performance KPI is also presented based on the principle, method and GSM/GPRS wireless network performance KPI. The status of UTRAN can be reflected by those KPI well. |
