连铸机结晶器液面状态识别及遗传模糊控制方法

摘    要:在连铸生产过程,结晶器液位易受许多复杂和不确定因素影响,难以控制。为此提出一种新的变模控制器,在这具控制器中,采用一种基于改进的聚类算法的双层ISODATA算法的状态识别方法褡且在控制器中用遗传算法优化模糊规则的和内容及隶属函数,使推理速度和控制系统的鲁棒性大大改善,仿真结果令人满意。

Abstract:In continuous casting process, because mould bath level can be easily affected by many com-plex and uncertain factors and difficult to control, a new structure-varied fuzzy controller is proposed. In thiscontrollet, a state psttern recognition method based on an improved adjustable clustering algorithm ,dual-ISODATA algorithm is used. At the fuzzy controller,quantity and the content of the fuzzy rule and mumber-ship function are optimized by the Genetic Algorithms. The reasoning speed and the robustness of the controlsystems is greatly improved .The results of the simulation are satisfactory.
