摘    要: 采用程序升温表面反应技术研究了二甲基亚硝胺,吡咯烷亚硝胺和环六亚甲基亚硝胺在NaY,NaZSM-5和HZSM-5等沸石及MCM-41中孔分子筛上的脱附及分解.结果表明,沸石对亚硝胺有独特的吸附和催化分解作用.同时,研究了沸石孔结构及表面酸性对亚硝胺分解反应的影响.

Abstract:Desorption and decomposition of N nitrosoamines, such as N nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), N nitrosopyrrolidine (NPYR) and N nitrosohexamethyleneimine (NHMI) on zeolite NaY, NaZSM 5 and HZSM 5 as well as MCM 41 mesoporous molecular sieve were investigated by use of temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR) technique. An especial adsorption and catalysis function for N nitrosoamines were found on the zeolite catalysts, and NPYR could be selectively adsorbed on zeolite NaY or ZSM 5 from its solution of CH 2Cl 2 at 473 K. Thermal decomposition of NPYR, NDMA and NHMI needed the temperature higher than 593 K, while they could be cracked only around 513 K on the zeolite catalysts owing to the interaction between the reactant and the acid sites on the zeolites. The influence of pore structure and surface acidity of the zeolites on the decomposition of N nitrosoamines was also explored and discussed. Based on these results, zeolites are expected to be the new materials for controlling the environmental pollution.
