基于复平面圆图的射频放大器分配方案研究

摘    要:基于复平面圆图提出了一种射频放大器的分配方案。分析了射频放大器的特性,指出增益、驻波比和噪声多个性能参数不能同时达到最优,给出了单项参数达到最优的条件,提出了提高综合性能的方案。仿真结果表明,输入与输出端交叉耦合,输入和输出匹配网络的等效增益可以大于1,驻波比越小增益越大,噪声系数受失配限制的影响,失配越小,噪声系数越大。与仿真结果的对比表明,该方案能有效分配性能指标,可为射频放大器设计提供参考。

Abstract:An allocation scheme of RF amplifier is proposed based on complex number plane chart.The characteristics of RF amplifier was analyzed,the performance parameters of gain,VSWR and noise can′t simultaneously achieve the optimal,the optimal conditions of single parameter was given,the scheme of improving the comprehensive performance was proposed.The simulation results show that input terminal couple with output terminal,the effective gain of input and output matching networks can greater than 1,the smaller of VSWR the greater of the gain,the noise figure can be influenced by the limitation of mismatch,the smaller of mismatch the greater of noise figure.Compared with simulation results,the scheme can effectively allocate parameters,and the research results can be referred to design RF amplifier.
