| Abstract: | The ratio 1–2/1–4 addition of dimethyl-2,2 pentanone-3 enolates in Et2O to chalcone may be correlated to the chemical shift of the nucleophilic center in the enolate. Changes in associative states can be used to inverse the regioselectivity. |
