| Abstract: | The dissociation constants of N,N'-bis(2-carboxyethyl)dithiooxamide have been determined by potentiometric and spectrophotometric methods. They were calculated by a modified Ricci formula and by a weighted least-squares treatment. The thermodynamic constant pK3T is 12.32. At ionic strength 1.00, pK1=3.76, pK2=4.74, pK3=11.41 and pK4=14.19. |
