| Abstract: | Magnesium acetate solution is a useful eluant in the separations of dibasic organic acids by anion-exchange chromatography. The following acids were separated: oxalic, tartronic, malic, glucaric, galactaric, tartaric and maleic acids. The eluate was analyzed automatically using chromic acid oxidation. |
