| Abstract: | Two new drimane‐type sesquiterpenoid ethers of isocitric acid, cryptoporic acids N ( 1 ) and O ( 6 ), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Cryptoporus sinensis. Their structures were established by means of spectroscopic methods, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR. The cytotoxic activity against a panel of cell lines (A549, MCF‐7, PC‐3, and PANC‐1) was evaluated for all cryptoporic acid derivatives 1 – 12 isolated. |
