扩散连接技术在钛合金加工中的应用及研究进展

摘    要:扩散连接技术是一种缺陷少、精密度高的固相连接技术.扩散连接技术在钛合金加工中的应用一定程度上解决了钛合金加工难的问题.在简要介绍扩散连接技术及钛合金加工现状的基础上,综述了扩散连接技术在钛合金加工中的应用及研究进展,包括钛合金与不锈钢的扩散连接、钛合金与陶瓷材料的扩散连接、TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)钛合金的扩散连接与超塑成型/扩散连接(SPF/DB)以及TA15钛合金的扩散连接.归纳总结了国内外学者的研究成果,对影响扩散连接质量的3个主要因素温度、压力和时间进行了对比分析,为最佳工艺参数的选择提供了参考,指出了目前需要解决的问题和发展方向.

Abstract:Diffusion bonding is a solid phase joining technology with few defects and high precision.The application of diffusion bonding in the processing of titanium alloy,to some extent,can solve the difficult problem of titanium alloy processing.In this paper,the research progress of diffusion bonding in titanium alloy processing has been reviewed.It includes the diffusion connection of titanium alloy and stainless steel,the diffusion connection of titanium alloy and ceramic material,the diffusion connection of TC4 titanium alloy,SPF/DB technology,and the diffusion connection of TA15 titanium alloy.In this paper,the temperature,pressure and time of the three main factors influencing the quality of diffusion connection are also compared and analyzed,which provides a reference for the selection of the optimum process parameters,and points out the problems and development directions that need to be solved.
