摘    要:合成并测定了N-苯基-3-(p-氯苯)全氢螺[苯并[b]异唑7,1-环已烷]-4-酮(3)的单晶结构,晶体分子式C24H26ClNO2,Mr=395.93,晶体属单科晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数结构的偏离因子R=0.037,Rw=0.039。分子3存在着两个螺六员环(A和B),A环具有通常的椅式构型,B环是扭船式构型。B环和五员异呼吐环C环并连,C环有些扭曲,结构分析结果表明,分子3具有“顺-顺”构型。

Abstract:N-phenyl- 3- (p-chlorophenyl)-all-hydrospiro (benzo (d ) isoxazole 7, 1 '-cyclohexane ) -4-one 3was synthesized by 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of (a)-N-phenyl-a-(4-chloro) phenyl nitrone tospiro [5. 5] undec-1-ene-3-one. The crystal structure of 3, C24H26CINO2, Mr = 395. 93 ) was determined by X-ray diffraction method- The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with spacegroup P21/c, a= 6. 017(1), b= 22. 746(3), c= 15. 035(2) A, g= 1O5. 68(1),final R and R Molecule 3consists of two spiro-sixrings(A and B)to one of which(B) the isoxazoline ring(C) is anuIated.Ring A has the usual chair con formation. Ring B, the second spiro-sixring, shows on the contrary a somewhat twisted boat-like con formation. The result of structure analysis indicates thatMolecule 3 has the ″cis- cis″ conformation.
